Terms of Service for Payment

If, as a Visitor, you wish to cancel a confirmed booking atleast 5 working days before the tour date, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded to you. If cancelled between 2-5 days then we will refund atleast 50% of the advance payment. We cannot guarantee a refund if cancelled on the day or one day before the booking.
Full amount will be refunded to you in case a Local does not show on the day. But you have to inform us as soon as possible so that we can contact the Local. Any confirmed and paid booking cancellation must be initiated by telephone to the our office at +48 22 219 6196 or whatsapp number +48 881 329 585 or by email to email@example.com . We will acknowledge and confirm your cancellation by email.
If a Local does not show up, as a Visitor you have 24 hours after the end of Tour to initiate a dispute. Any refunds will be made by us within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation or request for refund.
